Dr. Louis
Meet Dr. Louis Guarnieri! Dr. Lou graduated from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in South Carolina. He was eager to follow his passion and start his own practice once he moved back to the Wyoming Valley Area. With the help of his wife Marie, Dr. Lou’s dream became a reality and the Wyoming Valley Chiropractic Center was born. Wyoming Valley Chiropractic has been helping over thousands of patients achieve better health for the past 40 years. Dr. Lou takes great joy in helping people of all ages receive optimum health through the gift of chiropractic. Many of our patients are families that have been coming for generations! Dr. Lou’s dream of helping his community become a better, healthier place will continue as he is joined in practice by his eldest son and daughter-in-law. Together we are a true family practice.
Dr. John
Meet Dr. John Guarnieri! Dr. John graduated from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in 2009. After graduation Dr. John moved back to his home roots of Northeast Pennsylvania and joined his father in practice at Wyoming Valley Chiropractic. Dr. John wants to reach out to as many people as possible, one way of doing this is through his weekly wellness videos that is shared through social media. He loves to educate and involve his patients and community to the life long benefits of chiropractic care. He is always eager to learn more about how he can help people through the gift of chiropractic. Dr. John holds a weekly health class in the office and brings health awareness workshops to businesses, schools, community organizations, and churches of all sizes. Over the past 10 years he has been practicing, Dr. John has helped his patients experience eye opening changes in their overall health and vitality. His goal is simple: To educate and support healthy lifestyle choices. He believes that the true healing comes from within.
Meet Dr. Nancy Guarnieri! Dr. Nancy graduated in 2008 from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. After graduation she practiced in New Jersey before joining the Wyoming Valley Chiropractic Center. Dr. Nancy started her passion for chiropractic after her own positive experience at 18. She knew that she wanted to have that same impact on others and quickly made her dream a reality. Dr. Nancy has become proficient in the Activator Methods taking a gentle, effective, and scientific approach to treating her patients. As a full time mother of three Dr. Nancy continues to demonstrate the holistic health choices that have made such an impact on her life.
Meet the Staff
Meet Marie! Marie graduated from Pittston Hospital School of Nursing in 1978. She worked as a nurse in South Carolina for 1 year before moving back to Pennsylvania to work as an RN at the Coronary Care Unit at Mercy Hospital in Scranton for another 5 years. During this time she helped her husband, Dr. Lou, start Wyoming Valley Chiropractic and has been apart of this incredible team ever since. Marie has been an RN for over 40 years and is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant. You’ll find Marie running the financial side of things here at the office. Her cheery smile and lovable laugh brings a lightness to all who enter. Marie and Dr. Lou have raised their 7 children in a Chiropractic and holistic environment. They are now the proud grandparents of 6 grandchildren. Marie’s goal is to see Wyoming Valley Chiropractic flourish by helping as many people as possible through the gift of Chiropractic!
Mary
Meet Mary! Mary is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant and joined our front desk 32 years ago. When you enter Wyoming Valley Chiropractic, Mary is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see here at the office. She will make you feel right at home as she as introduces you to the office and helps you with your first visit. It will be her cheery voice on the phone when you call the office to make an appointment. She will provide you with excellent service, answering any questions you may have concerning scheduling and appointments. Mary enjoys our patients and watching Chiropractic change their lives!
Cindy
Meet Cindy! Cindy is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant and has been apart of this incredible team for 32 years. Cindy handles most billing and insurance matters. On your second visit she’ll be the one to go over your financial, reviewing and answering any questions you may have in terms of the cost for your care. You’ll often find her with great enthusiasm and positive energy as she greets and helps our patients. Cindy loves seeing the lifelong benefits Chiropractic Care has on the people who come to our office!
